Get a flexible work schedule by being an Independent Cleaner with us. We are currently looking for qualified independent house cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company.
Non-exclusive - No problem if you have already have your own customers. Use DelaVier to fill-in the gaps of your schedule.
Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work.
Make great money! - We pay an average of $20-$30 per hour, plus Tips.
Weekly payouts - Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.
Flexible schedule - You pick when you'd like to work. You set your own cleaning schedule. You tell us your availability. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.
Qualifications:
Must have: 1+ years house cleaning experience
Spean English (or being able to use a translator app)
Friednly and helpful attitude towards customers
Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
Qualifications:

Driver's license

Consent to a background check

What we're looking for:
Transportation: Your own means of getting to- and from- clients (on time!)

Once a house cleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Launder and change bed linens
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low
Skills:
- Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus
