Job title: Evening Cleaning Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Field Manager
Shift Time: 6 pm - 11 pm. Monday, Wednesday
Summary:
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas in the facility. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash. The Cleaning Technician must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Functions:
Clean assigned areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors
Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Remove trash and debris from all areas
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as requested by the field supervisor or client.
Report any maintenance issues to the field supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (25lbs)
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
Must be able to follow safety procedures and regulations
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
