Our cleaning company is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cleaners. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients in residential, commercial, and post-construction settings. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with our laundry valet services.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living or workspaces
Empty trash and replace liners
Assist with laundry valet services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
Follow cleaning procedures and instructions provided by the company
Handle and use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and coworkers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 year of paid cleaning experience for residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and laundry valet services
4 years of experience for post-construction cleaning
Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Employment Type:
Temporary part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on experience and performance.
Training:
Training will be provided.
Pay:
Pay will start at $18 per hour after training, with opportunities for pay increases.
Tips:
Cleaners will keep 100% of their tips. If working in a team, tips will be split among the team members.
