Work is paid by job as a percentage. Base rates are as follow and typically are higher than listed:
Standard cleaning BASE rates:
1 Bed 1 Bath = $90+
2 Bed 1 Bath = $105+
3 Bed 2 Bath = $130+
4 Bed 2 Bath = $155+
5 bed 3 Bath = $190+ |
