| Description: |
We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Graphics Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about graphic design and eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Read/review incoming customer orders
Prepare the file including but not limited to, color correction, and image manipulation, and applying contour cuts, ensuring that designs meet print specifications.
Design offroad graphics with the correct customer info provided
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Utilize design software and tools effectively to produce high-quality print-ready files.
Maintain organized file management systems and adhere to company standards and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and artwork for various print materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). (required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. (preferred)
2 Year of Experience (preferred)
A portfolio showcasing creative design work and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Basic knowledge of prepress processes and print production. (preferred)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. |
