This individual will be a creative thinker who can multi-task to meet and exceed the daily needs of clients on matters related to group life, health, dental and vision plans. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and Account Management, this role will have the opportunity to enhance internal processes that impact the overall strategic vision of the company. Each Client Service Manager oversees its block of business with a Strategic Account Manager.
Primary Responsibilities: *
Act as an internal client liaison to manage implementation, installation and post-installation in a communicative and diligent fashion
Assist with retention and expansion of existing client base by answering inquiries while setting, managing and exceeding realistic expectations
Use discretion and independent judgment to manage projects associated with implementing new groups and retaining existing groups
Demonstrate project and time management skills based on deadlines and clients’ needs
Escalate client concerns and utilize core internal resources and systems for grievances and appeals, especially those related to claims payments
Be personally accountable for your contribution to the performance of the service delivery on your team and report progress daily |
